 Welcome to the online minstry of Steven Duty. Our goal in this ministry is to challenge the Body of Christ to reach beyond the normal life of religion and embrace the Kingdom of God. As we progress into the days ahead we must understand that the religious performances that worked yesterday will only hinder us from moving forward into a new day. Isaiah declared that God would do a new thing and then along came Jesus! After Jesus ascended back to the Father, then came the Holy Spirit. What's next? A generation that will manifest the very image and nature of God.

The longer I live the more I realize how strong a connection exists between our thoughts and our words. I honestly believe that this connection is one of the most important things we can learn in our lives. Especially in the last few months while I have set back and listened to my own thoughts and words. As I preached this morning at Eagle Sanctuary, our words matter. We have to adapt to the language of God’s thoughts and Word in our hearts.

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” –Isaiah 40:31
Most of you know the recent battle I have been fighting for my health; however, I simply believe for nothing less than a miracle. While in prayer tonight many thoughts crossed my mind as I reflected my recent battles and those of others who were in my prayers. I thought, “I’ve prayed and prayed, hundreds, even thousands, all across the country and around the world have prayed and prayed for this miracle of healing in my body, but I’m still waiting…” We all quote the above referenced scripture during these times, but really, have you been praying about a situation in your life and found yourself waiting for a breakthrough? Are you wondering why the answer hasn't come yet? Do you feel as though victory is passing you by? We all quote the above referenced scripture?
